Receptionist

Your tasks :

- Welcoming and guiding customers

- Manage reservations and check-ins
- Ensure customer check-in and check-out
- Provide information on services offered by the establishment
- Respond to customer requests and resolve any problems that may arise
- Supervise reception clerks and ensure that the workstation is properly manned
- Manage customer incidents and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments in the facility

Profile required:

- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Good presentation and customer contact skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Stress resistance and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Basic computer skills
- Good command of foreign languages (English, Spanish, etc.) would be a plus.
