As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in our dining service by ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
– Coordinate table service by combining a warm, friendly demeanor with precision and attention to detail.
– Lead and unite the team of busboys to ensure smooth and attentive service.
– Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
– Set up the dining room to create a refined and warm atmosphere, in keeping with the spirit of Villa Castellane.
– Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and maintain the pace of service.
– Participate in the training and mentoring of new employees by passing on the establishment’s expertise, values, and spirit.
– Anticipate guests’ expectations and respond to their requests promptly, authentically, and professionally.
– You have proven, successful experience in the restaurant industry.
– You are proficient in service techniques and take pride in a job well done, with a keen eye for detail.
– You are organized, meticulous, and able to manage the pace of service with composure.
– You enjoy working as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy shifts.
– With excellent interpersonal skills, you naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues.
– You are fluent in French; proficiency in one or more foreign languages is a real asset.
– You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and leadership, with a desire to mentor, support, and help your team grow.
– 2 consecutive days off – This position requires working on weekends, in the evenings, and during school breaks.
