Your tasks :

  • Help set up the restaurant, lay the tables, clean the floors and do other preparation work
  • Participate in service as directed
  • Help clear tables and tidy the room

 

Profile required:

  • Consider all requirements, deadlines and needs
  • Understand and clarify oral and written requests
  • Apply instructions, take your place in the activity chain and consider the logical sequence of tasks.
  • Apply culinary basics and assess product quality
  • Apply food preparation techniques (selection, washing, cooling, peeling, marinating, cutting ingredients)
  • Apply reheating techniques (steaming, boiling water or bain-marie)
  • Master the use of knives, cutting equipment...
  • Accurately measure raw, semi-finished and finished products using tools and/or equipment appropriate to the production process
  • Apply regulations and procedures concerning food manufacturing and food safety compliance
  • Interpret technical data sheets and apply culinary techniques in compliance with good hygiene practices
