- Set up the rooms before each service: lay the tables, ensure cleanliness of cutlery and participate in housekeeping tasks to ensure a pleasant environment for our guests.
- Be proactive in suggesting our specialties of the day or wine pairings to enrich the customer's dining experience.
- Deal effectively with any complaints, always with a smile, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in the daily upkeep of the restaurant's common areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and organization
- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not necessary if you demonstrate a strong desire to learn
- Perfect command of French; additional foreign language skills would be a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods
- Undeniable team spirit and good personal management skills
- Flexible working hours required (weekday & weekend shifts)
