Your tasks :

- Prepare, cook and present dishes according to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
- Coordinate the activities of your position to ensure that everything is ready on time and in accordance with customer orders.
- Work closely with other team members in the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Control the quality of products used and finished dishes to meet visual and taste requirements.
- Monitor the supply of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper management to avoid waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards in force in your work area.
- Regularly propose new recipe ideas to enrich our seasonal menu.

Profile required:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a professional brigade.
- Excellent command of modern and traditional culinary techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of precision.
- A keen eye for detail, reflected in the final appearance of the dishes prepared.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage the assigned position.
- Creative spirit to contribute to ongoing culinary innovation within the restaurant.
- Ability to communicate clearly with peers to create immersive collective harmony.
