Your tasks :

Your main task will be to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment. You'll be in charge of washing, wiping and tidying dishes and utensils required for preparing and serving food. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining work areas in compliance with current sanitary standards.

Your days will be punctuated by waste sorting, ensuring proper recycling in line with our ecological practices. In addition, you will assist the kitchen team with simple preparation tasks, helping to streamline service during our busy periods.

Good organizational skills will be essential to ensure optimum availability of equipment throughout our opening hours. Finally, your vigilance will enable you to identify and report any anomalies concerning the equipment to ensure its continued smooth operation.

Profile required:

- Strong sense of responsibility with sustained attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods
- Good physical condition to remain active throughout the shift
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and scrupulous respect for hygiene rules
- Ability to work as part of a team in a positive and collaborative atmosphere
