As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that the guest rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable, so that we can provide our guests with a memorable experience.
– Perform daily and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
– Restock guest rooms with linens, welcome amenities, and toiletries in accordance with hotel standards.
– Check that equipment is in working order and ensure that everything is in perfect condition in accordance with internal procedures.
– Check that equipment is functioning properly and immediately report any malfunctions or damage to your supervisor.
– Strictly adhere to current health and safety protocols.
– Respond professionally to guests’ requests and needs.
– Represent the hotel through your attitude, warm welcome, professionalism, and smile.
– Previous successful experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry; motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks.
– A passion for customer service and the ability to provide a warm welcome to guests.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and proficiency in cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning products.
– Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
– 2 consecutive days off.
