We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure that your treatment is on time. Late arrival will not extend the duration of your treatment, nor entitle you to a price reduction. For any purchase of a massage of 1 hour and 15 minutes or more, access to the Espace Bien-être is free, subject to availability.
For external clients, payment for treatments is made when the appointment is made. For all changes or cancellations of appointments, we ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire service. There will be no refund or credit. No derogation will be accepted.
If you suffer from health problems (circulatory problems, allergies, asthma...) or if you are pregnant, please inform our staff when you make your appointment, as some of our treatments may not be recommended. If you are pregnant, please bring a medical authorization with you to the appointment. Access to the Spa and massages is not available to persons under 16 years old.
The management declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings within the Spa.
